River Ridge Consulting Group II was formed in 2001 when its principals believed that there was an increasing need for outsourcing high impact business projects and initiatives. They also saw an increased need for "hands-on" expertise and experienced help in obtaining strategic and tactical corporate objectives. The demand for these services was exacerbated by corporate downsizings and increased restrictions imposed by Sarbanes-Oxley coupled with the competitive need for improved operating performance and competitive advantage.
