History

River Ridge Consulting Group II was formed in 2001 when its principals believed that there was an increasing need for outsourcing high impact corporate projects and initiatives.


The demand for these services was initially directly related to corporate downsizings and increased restrictions imposed by Sarbanes-Oxley that eliminated many of the traditional resources such as the public accounting firms previously available to perform these outsourcing services. This decrease in available resources occurring at a time when corporations needed to more aggressively manage and convert strategic initiatives into executable and tactical operating plans. This convergence of reduced knowledgeable, experienced resources and competitive requirement for faster churns on these projects is our "sweet spot".

More recently the company has seen significant demand for strategic and tactical help in "hands-on" product development and marketing and has grown to meet those needs. Its success is attributed to its ability to provide highly qualified experts who can see and discuss issues at the senior management level while implementing tangible results.

Our practice is based on the fundamental belief that positive business results are based on:

These four criteria need to be implemented without prejudicial views towards a pre-determined outcome. This independent fact-based approach implemented by experienced and motivated professionals yields positive results in significantly less time than other resources.

Our current practice areas included Financial, Operating, Software Development, and Strategy. Our projects vary in length between two weeks and two years, and we have staffed projects with as few as one FTE and as many as eighty-five. All of our Executives and Project Leaders are experienced operating individuals with keen business instincts. They seek challenges, and pride themselves on completing assignments on-time, on-budget, and exceeding client expectations. We build client trust through our performance in delivering results.
